What we collect

• Merchant account: email address, a hashed password (we cannot read it), display name, UPI ID, webhook URL.
• Orders: the order details your website sends (order ID, amount, and optional buyer name, email and mobile, remark), status, and UTR numbers.
• Forwarded emails: when you forward a payment alert, we read it to find the amount, UTR and payer, and we keep a short log (subject, sender, parsed amount, result and the first 300 characters of text) so you can check how emails were understood. Full email bodies are not stored.
• Technical data: IP addresses for rate limiting and security, kept for a short time.

What we never collect

We never ask for or store your Gmail, bank or UPI passwords, PINs or OTPs. We do not hold your money and we do not see your bank account.

How data is used

Only to run the service: showing payment pages, matching payments to orders, sending webhooks to your server, preventing abuse, and support. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

Order status and payment details are sent only to the webhook URL and redirect URL you configure. Email to your forwarding address passes through our inbound mail relay before reaching our server. We may disclose data if required by law.

Retention and deletion

Email logs are kept for up to 30 days. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by contacting the site owner through the email listed on this site's main domain.
